First Visit – 45 minutes – $125
During your initial consultation, Dr. Green or her Nurse Practitioner will work with you to create an individualized weight loss plan based on your health, goals, and lifestyle. This in-depth session allows us to tailor your plan with precision, focusing on both short-term and long-term success.
Return Visit – 15 minutes – $55
These follow-up appointments are held monthly to track your progress, adjust any medications, and offer new lifestyle modification tips. We will also address any questions or concerns you may have, ensuring you stay on track toward your weight loss goals.
