FIRST VISIT

Your first visit is where your best begins. You'll sit down with Dr. Green or her Nurse Practitioner for a real conversation about your health, your goals, and your day-to-day routines. From there, we build a plan that's actually yours: made for where you are now, and built to keep working with you long-term.
RETURN VISIT
15 minutes | $55
Step-by-step, we stay with you. Monthly follow-ups give us a chance to check in on your progress, fine-tune your medication if needed, and talk through anything new that's come up – questions, wins, or just how things are feeling. You're never navigating this alone between visits.
